　　1.MNS型低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜框架為組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，基本骨架由C型鋼材組裝而成。柜架的全部結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)過(guò)鍍鋅處理，通過(guò)自攻鎖緊螺釘或六角螺栓堅(jiān)固連接成基本柜架，加上對(duì)應(yīng)于方案變化的門(mén)、隔板、安裝支架以及母線功能單元等部件組裝成完整的開(kāi)關(guān)柜。開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部尺寸、零部件尺寸、隔室尺寸均按照模數(shù)化變化。

　　2.MNS型組合式低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的每一個(gè)柜體分隔為三個(gè)室，即水平母線室（在柜后部），抽屜小室（在柜前部），電纜室（在柜下部或柜前右邊）。室與室之間用鋼板或高強(qiáng)度阻燃塑料功能板相互隔開(kāi)，上下層抽屜之間有帶通風(fēng)孔的金屬板隔離，以有效防止開(kāi)關(guān)元件因故障引起的飛弧或母線與其它線路短路造成的事故。

Each cabinet of the MNS type combined low-voltage switchgear is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal busbar compartment (at the rear of the cabinet), the drawer compartment (at the front of the cabinet), and the cable compartment (at the bottom or right side of the cabinet).
